A.R. Penck (* 5.10.1939 in Dresden; † 2.5.2017 in Zürich) has been Professor at the Kunstakademie Düsseldorf from 1989 until 2005. One year after Pencks death his former students found together, initiated by Joanna Danovska (Master student), and planned a joint exhibition to the honour of their mentor.
