• Römer+Römer “Adam & Eve Blind Date Lottery”, 2004

For the Berliner Kunstsalon, Römer+Römer have installed an interactive Adam&Eve Blind Date lottery. An alchemistic cube forms the center of an enclosed area. Without having seeing one another, a man and a women can enter from one side and the other. Their meeting is at the beck and call of circumstance. Smoking an apple (waterpipe hookah) together, they can get to know one another, talk about philosophy, about the every-day, and friendship and love, they can inspire one another through exchange… There is no time limit. And it’s up to them to decide whether or not they would like to commit any kind of sin. The media-environment from generative.org and art.ohm, a link between Jungle and Ambient-Lounge, care for the appropriate seductive atmosphere.
